About Keikaku

Built by Develorem

Keikaku lets you project-manage a team of AI coding agents. You describe the outcomes you want; Keikaku plans the work, hands it to agents, and brings the results back to you for review — in the cloud we host, or self-hosted on your own hardware.

What "Keikaku" means

Keikaku (計画) is the Japanese word for "plan". We chose it because planning is the heart of the product: you give Keikaku an outcome, and it turns that intent into a plan of right-sized tasks your agents can actually carry out — then keeps everything moving toward the goal. Everything going to plan, just as intended.

The problem we set out to solve

AI coding assistants are brilliant, but most are rented by the token: a metered budget that runs dry after a few hours, and an assistant that needs constant supervision in a chat window. The moment you step away, the work stops.

We wanted something that works the way a team does. You should be able to hand over an outcome and walk away — and have the work continue. Agents should run on compute you already own (or compute we host), ask you a question when they genuinely need a decision and wait for your answer, and hand finished work back for review rather than pushing it straight to production. You stay the decision-maker; the agents do the legwork — and you can manage the whole thing from your desk or your phone.

That's Keikaku: outcomes in, reviewed work out, with you project-managing a team that never sleeps.

Who builds it

Keikaku is designed and built by Develorem. We're a small team that cares about giving developers and the people who work with them leverage — software that does the busywork so people can focus on outcomes.
