Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Keikaku (the "Service"), provided by Develorem ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Keikaku helps you coordinate AI coding agents against projects you define. We offer a cloud-hosted version that we operate, and a self-hosted version you can run on your own infrastructure. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service unlawfully, or to build or operate anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don't use the Service to infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights.

Your content

You retain all rights to the code, data, and other content you bring to or create with the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you — for example, to store, process, and route Your Content to the agents and models you choose. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train models.

Agents and third-party models

The Service lets you connect agents and third-party model providers. Their output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving any work before relying on it. Your use of a third-party provider is subject to that provider's terms.

Plans and payment

Paid plans, if applicable to your account, are billed as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Develorem will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. You can export or delete Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
