Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Develorem ("we", "us") handles information in connection with Keikaku (the "Service"). It applies to Keikaku Cloud, which we host. If you self-host Keikaku on your own infrastructure, you are the controller of your data and this policy does not apply to that deployment.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a salted hash) when you create an account.
- Workspace content — the organizations, projects, outcomes, tasks, and related data you create in the Service.
- Secrets you store — values you add to the vault are encrypted at rest and are never shown back to you after entry.
- Usage and diagnostic data — basic logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
- To authenticate you and keep your account safe.
- To diagnose problems and improve reliability and features.
- To communicate with you about the Service when necessary.
Your code and your agents
Keikaku coordinates agents that act on repositories and services you connect. Where you connect your own agents or self-hosted models, that processing happens in your environment. Where you use cloud agents we host, or connect third-party frontier models, the relevant content is processed by those systems to perform the task you requested. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train models.
Storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and an encrypted secrets vault. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your data or close your account at any time, after which we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
Third parties
We rely on infrastructure and service providers (for example, hosting and content delivery) to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate obligations. Connecting a third-party model provider is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
